Delievery Time
All orders are processed and shipped the same days as orders are placed. Deliveries can be made to the United States only. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are available for 2-Day delivery at an extra shipping cost of $11.95. Next Day delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Box or APO's
Delivery Cost
All orders are charged a standard shipping rate based on the actual weight of the item and will be calculated at check out. Express shipping is available at extra cost and can be selected at check out. Please be sure to provide us with your correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delay deliveries due to incorrect shipping address.

Our Policy

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. If your order has been processed to shipping, we are unable to cancel your order. If you select a future date to ship your order and would like to cancel your order, please email us at orders@fivecare.com
Returns
If you are not happy with your product, you can return your order for a replacement or a refund within 14 days of receiving the order. If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to send you a new replacement product or a refund. Please email us for a return authorization number. The Return Authorization Number should be posted outside of the return package in order to properly process any exchange or credit. The item must be returned in its original condition with all items, boxes, packing materials and accessories...etc..or no credit will be given.
